Founded in 2007, The Jewellery Box began as a family-owned workshop operating from Jack and Glenda Pilatowicz's home garage. In 2021, The Jewellery Box found a new home at the Forest Lake Shopping Centre, when the existing jewellery store, closed down. Since then, The Jewellery Box has evolved into a respected destination for custom jewellery and expert craftsmanship. While the business has grown over the years, its founding principles of quality, integrity, and personalised service remain at the heart of everything it does.

Jack is a highly skilled jeweller with over 40 years of industry experience. He began his career in Poland, earning his Goldsmith's Diploma from the Jewellery Trade Commission in 1987. Throughout his career, Jack has worked across jewellery design, manufacturing, and retail in Poland, South Africa, and Australia, developing a wealth of expertise and a reputation for excellence.
